Dear Prospective Chicago Fit Performance Team Member,

Thanks for taking the time to visit this site!  You should have arrived here because you saw our job posting or you were referred here by one of our great CFP Fitness supporters.  It is our hope that you are exactly the person we are looking for so that we can take this page down immediately and offer you the fun and rewarding job that we have available.

So, let me tell you a little about our company and the opportunity.

My name is Kosta Shilev and I founded Chicago Fit Performance in March of 2011.  At Chicago Fit Performance we provide life changing results for our clients, not to mention an incredible fitness experience. We pride ourselves in having a great team, an incredible service and creating a unique and exceptional fitness experience for our members.  It is our mission to help them all reach their goal and HAVE FUN doing it!

First and foremost our next coach will be a people-person. While we’re well known for our technical and coaching abilities here at CFP, in reality we are in the people business. On the contrary, one of the biggest reasons for our success is because we realize that our members truly are everything to our business. We go to great lengths to get to know our clients, what motivates them, and to understand the deeper reasons behind why they train.

If you are personable, friendly, and easy going, you would be a great candidate for the position. But there’s more...

Second, our next coach will be a life-long learner. One of the few things you can bank on here at CFP is that we’re always going to be learning something new. This keeps us at the forefront of our industry, and allows us to stay ahead of the pack. And to prove our point, we even give incentives and bonuses for continuing education! If you are curious, enjoy learning and want to be the best coach you can possibly be, you would be a great candidate for this position.

Last but not least, our next coach will be a consistent and steady team player. In sports (and life), you quickly realize you’re only as strong as your weakest link. CFP has grown by leaps and bounds over the past 1-2 years because we have a tight-knit team that is serious about the long-term success of both the individuals involved, as well as the business as a whole. If you want to be a part of a special team, then the coaching position at CFP could be an ideal situation for you.

If you are accepted for this position you will undergo a 2-4 week (based on experience) paid internship to learn the systems we implement specifically at CFP that have put us where we are at nowadays.  You will be be working and training with our crew, participating in hands-on training  and in-staff training.  We’ll be teaching you to become the best coach you can be.  We’ll feature real, significant education and real time with clients in the gym. You'll be provided with materials to study and learn.  But only apply if you want to have fun and have a passion to learn.  We work closely with our personal trainers to develop coaching, assessment and program-design skill sets to compliment career aspirations within the fitness industry.

If you have read this far, you’re probably wondering about compensation and benefits. Trust me when I say, we pay our coaches well because we want to keep them forever. If you are chosen for an interview, you'll be told about our compensation structure which includes:

  • A base hourly rate,

  • Tiered bumps in pay based on how many clients you train,

  • Various incentives and bonuses.

Do you connect with these?  If Yes, continue on…
