Q. What is Chicago Fit Performance?

Chicago Fit Performance offers a comprehensive Body Transformation program that utilizes top notch fitness instructions, nutritional coaching and motivational training -all designed to get people in the best shape of their life in the shortest, safest possible time regardless of their current fitness level, and simply improve both physique and health.

Q. What is included in your fitness program?

Q. Is your program for beginners and all fitness levels?

All clients are taught the appropriate exercises that best match their current fitness level so you can be challenged, but not overwhelmed. Our 3-Level fitness program is unlike any other program you’ll find and accommodates every person’s individual needs. Every exercise in our program has at least 3 levels of progression and regression options depending on your current fitness level. Some people join our program already in good shape, and many are out of shape and start at Level 1 then advance forward. That’s our goal! We will help you succeed and reach all your health & fitness goals! Whether you have 50+ pounds to lose, or just those stubborn last few pounds, you’ll find that Chicago Fit Performance is the right program for you!

Q. Do you help with nutrition?
A. ABSOLUTELY. “You can’t out-train a bad diet!”… and we don’t want you to try! We cover a lot of information on nutrition with our clients. We give you meal plans, nutritional guides, healthy recipes and ongoing support and accountability to keep you on track.

Q. How is CFP different from a gym, a big health club, or one of the other programs?
A. Our cutting-edge fitness and fat loss program is client-focused and based on guaranteed results! Q. Describe a typical Chicago Fit Performance workout?
A. There is no typical workout.  CFP follows a methodology which ‘specializes in NOT specializing’.  One day your workout may consists of rowing, burpees and pushups, the next day it could be a medicine ball obstacle course, and the following day may be a one-mile time trial. We use a variety of training formats and exercises at CFP, however you can be assured that you will ALWAYS receive a full body workout that will get you RESULTS!!!!

Q. How hard are the workouts?
A. Chicago Fit Performance workouts are challenging and are designed to take you outside of your comfort zone. Workouts are created with the intention of changing your body in positive ways as safely and quickly as possible. There is a good chance many of the workouts are new to you and the format allows little time for rest. That being said, the workout is self-paced and you will be encouraged to work within your fitness level.

Q. What if I am not in good enough shape to participate?
A. If you have the willingness and commitment to improve your body and your health, then you can participate in our program. Your coach is an experienced fitness professional who is trained to make adjustments for all abilities. NOBODY will be left behind or asked to perform beyond their capabilities. Individuals of all ages, sizes, and abilities are welcome to participate. Exercises are adapted to beginners, intermediates, and advanced.

Q. How will I benefit from the Chicago Fit Performance Program?
A. Q. How much weight can I expect to lose?
A. Like most fitness endeavors, your success in this program will depend on your level of adherence and commitment. If you complete at least 3 workouts a week, and follow the nutritional guidelines half a pound to two pounds – of weight loss per week can be expected. This is the healthiest rate at which to lose weight and most importantly, MAINTAIN IT.

Q. How long is each session? How many sessions are there per week?

Q. What do I need to bring out to a workout?
A. Nothing. We’ll provide all the equipment, motivation, and accountability you’ll need. All you need to bring is bottle of water, willingness to train HARD and have fun! Oh, and make sure NOT to come on an empty stomach- have something light and nutritious at least an hour before your session. We don’t want you to get light headed during our fun and energizing workouts.
