Appropriate Cardiovascular Activity: Only the correct amount of cardiovascular work at the correct intensity will work for your goal.Doing the wrong type, at the wrong level for the wrong time may not only be useless but can actually work against your efforts.
Appropriate Resistance Training: Muscle is the body’s fat burning machinery. Resistance training helps to build and maintain a good fat burning engine.
General Nutrition Guidelines to follow: As part of your membership, you’ll also receive nutrition plan complete with simple guidelines of exactly what you should eat to reach your goals. Follow the plan laid out for you and you will not fail!
Small Group Training
Feel the motivational energy of our group cutting-edge training programs offered in high-intensity style workouts that GUARANTEE to burn optimal amounts of body fat, increase lean muscle, and improve your overall health & fitness. Our dynamic, fun, results-oriented workouts combine resistance training, cardio workouts, plyometric, core training, functional fitness and flexibility. Our Group Training program has the similar benefits of 1-1 personal training at a fraction of the cost. Clients participating in the group training program will work with a fitness coach in a group of 8-12 people. Workouts vary each day, and are designed to maximize fat loss, weight loss, body sculpting and improved general fitness. If you’re frustrated with your RESULTS, bored of working out in those “soft” fitness facilities, or tired of wasting money on overcrowded and intimidating gyms you never use, then you’ll love group training at Chicago Fit Performance!
Personal & Semi-Private Training
It's a fantastic way to get in shape. to fit each individuals needs as you’ll get a program built for your personal goals. We believe that personal training is more than just adjusting seats and counting repetitions. Our belief is that the public should not only be motivated and assisted with exercise, but should be educated on proper technique that compliments the body’s natural motion rather than “gym science.” Our personal training includes expert fitness coaching, instruction and motivation while using a mix of “conventional” and “non-conventional fitness tools and techniques including body-weight exercises, resistance bands, kettlebells, Dynamax balls, TRX suspension trainer, sandbags, battling ropes BOSU balls, Lebert equalizers, and a variety of additional unique equipment to maximally challenge you to be your best! Private training is for the individual who prefers private instruction or who wants to complement their group training with additional attention to weaknesses or problem areas.
