What Can I Expect From a Kickbocking Sessions at CFP?
Kickboxing at CFP focuses on form and execution. Each session starts with a warmup, followed by a breakdown of punches and kicks that are then put into choreographed combinations. The last half of the session is spent on the punching bags to work on strength and execution of kicks and punches. Throughout the session your coach will keep a close watch on everyone to ensure everyone stays safe, is using correct form and has fun!
What Is The Most Challanging Part For Beginners?
Proper form. There are four different types of punches – jabs, crosses, hooks and upper cuts. Learning the correct form and then using them in different combinations and on the bags can be tricky at first, but with the help of your coach, you will catch on quickly.

How Long Is A Kickboxing Session?
About 50 minutes. Each session includes a warm-up, cool-down and stretching.
Should I Bring Anything?
A water bottle - to stay hydrated; a towel - to wip out all the calories you are going to burn; a lot of enthusuasm;
Hand wraps and boxibg gloves will be available for purchase.

What Time Should I Arrive?
Try to come 10 minutes early so you can get your wraps or gloves on and be ready for the session to start right on time.
Should I Eat Anything Before?
A small snack like an apple, 20-30 minutes before the session is good to give your body a little bit of energy/nourishment.
How much does a single session cost?
A Trial Class is available for first time guests only. Therefore the rates are
- $15 for CFP members
- $20 for non-members
Since we have limited space available we sign up people on a first come first serve basis.
