Power Yoga strives to bring balance and healing, tone and strength. Our yoga class offers a Power-ful experience to jumpstart your day with the intention you desire. One hour of strength, balance and dynamic flow created to strengthen and stimulate the deep connective tissue of the body and open up your natural energy stores. Experience an increase in energy and strength while building awareness of mind and body .
Power Yoga is the linking of breath with powerful and flowing movement. Practiced in a heated room Power Vinyasa Yoga will challenge you mentally and physically building strength, endurance, focus, balance and flexibility. Open to all skill levels. Prepare to challenge your mind and body.
What is Power Yoga?
Power Yoga links movement with breath and asanas (traditional yoga poses) and offers movements in a more vigourous and challenging pace than most traditional yoga sequences.The class flows together with a series of strengthening movements that increase circulation and put your body in balance. To help in the detoxification process we add the element of heat (80-90 degree).

Who can take our Power Yoga class?
Power Yoga is open to ALL levels wishing to build strength, increase balance and flexibility, or just sweat. Have fun, move with your own pace and feel the change physically and mentally.
When do classes start?
Our first class starts Saturday, June 22nd, 2013 . Join us every Saturday at 10:00 am at our Bucktown location as we greet the morning and connect gracefully from one pose to another to develop a fit body, generate purifying heat, and give you a calm, peaceful mind.
Should I eat anything before class?
We suggest you try not to eat 2-hours before class and remember to drink plenty of water.
What should I bring to class?
We offer complimentary mats, so bring a reusable water bottle (32oz) and towel long enough to cover your mat.
What time should I arrive for class?
Our classes start promptly, so please plan to arrive 5 minutes early to get settled and relaxed. Please note that the doors are locked in the beginning of the class so please arrive on-time.
I'm signed up for a class, but need to cancel. How do I do that?
Please login and go to your schedule tab. Next to the class you want to cancel hit cancel. We apologize, but we don't accept cancelations over voicemail or email.
How much does a single session cost?
Our Power Yoga class is $10 for CFP members with initial 2 complimentary visits and $14 for non-members. It is on a first come first serve drop in basis.
