Charles - February Member Of The Month

1. What do you do for a living?

I am a real estate consultant

2. How long have you been a member of Chicago Fit Performance?

Almost 2 years

3. Tell us about your fitness background?

I used to be track and field athlete in college.

4. Take us back to your first workout with CFP... what was it, and how did it feel?

Honestly it was different from what I was used to and even what I expected however I realize this was enjoyable, lots of energy and fun.

5. What do you like the most about CFP and why do you think our program works?

I love the variety of exercises done it doesn’t feel repetitive. As far as the program, its not just about the workout I appreciate how informative the coaches are in terms of the, nutrition guides, afterhours habits that helps our progress.

6. When did you realize that Chicago Fit Performance was right for you?

I ran the half marathon 3 months after I joined. Closest thing to a miracle.

7. What is your favorite workout?

I love strength on Mondays the absolute best way to start my week.

8. What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting Chicago Fit Performance (before/after)?

Since my start date I am more athletic, I feel young again at least when my peers make fun of my age I can tell them am aging well. My lifestyle have changed completely, Friday and Saturday night aren’t as important as they used to. Now I find myself hunting for fitness events instead of better bars and clubs.

9. What do you think about the trainers and the staff at CFP?

The coaches are amazing! I love the way the challenge us to do better and push us beyond our limits.

10. How would you describe yourself in one word?

Badass.

11. What is your greatest strength/weakness?

Greatest strength - I am very competitive I love to take on a challenge .

Greatest weakness - Inconsistency. After I reach my goal I have a bad habit of taking a long breaks that take me back to square 1...

12. What is your favorite healthy food & “cheat” food?

Helthy food - Broccoli.

Cheat food - Nigerian food packed with lots of oil and beef, and rice, beans…. YUMMY!!!

13. What is something that we don’t know about you? (Your hobbies, interesting fact, accomplishment you are proud of, obscure/unique talent, funny story, etc.)

I am so scared bees and wasp I have jumped out of a moving car because a wasp before.

14. Do you have any advice for people that are on the fence of joining Chicago Fit Performance?

The programs is effective, the coaches are great and most of all it's fun.
