Jeanette - June Member Of The Month!

We are really excited to announce our June Member of the Month - Jeanette Jordano. Jeanette has been a member for almost 3 years and she has gotten so strong that she scares me sometimes ;). Honestly she lifts a lot heveier weights than a lot younger people than her. She's a great role model and I admire her dedication and perseverance. She's always coming to the gym with a big smile on her face ready to work hard and have fun!

1. What do you do for a living?

I'm retiree.

2. How long have you been a member of Chicago Fit Performance?

3 years

3. Tell us about your fitness background?

I'm very active thru my daily routines although CFP is my first formal exercise program.


4. Take us back to your first workout with CFP... what was it, and how did it feel?

My first impressions of CFP were, that Kosta was very friendly and he was going to help "make it happen". The first workout was exhausting to say the least, I couldn't move the next day. ;) 5. What do you like the most about CFP and why do you think our program works?

I like the people and the fact that every workout is as intense as you want to be. I think the program works because every workout varies and the coaches are tough enough that at the end of the session I feel I have had a great workout. We also get the added bonus that we get nutritional coaching. I've seen many people's bodies transform into stronger and fitter bodies.

6. When did you realize that Chicago Fit Performance was right for you?

During the first month.

7. What is your favorite/least favorite workout exercise?

Tabata days are my favorite. 8. What sort of changes have you seen your body, health and fitness since joining Chicago Fit Performance?

I've become much stronger and as we age keeping our strength is important. I have always struggle with saddle bags and I'm happy to say I have finally got rid of those.

9. What sort of changes in your life have you experienced out of taking something like CFP that were totally unexpected?

My thinking has become clearer.

10. What do you think about the trainers and the staff at CFP?

They are always upbeat and encouraging.

11. What is your greatest strength/weakness?

Endurance. Procrastination.

12. What is your favorite healthy food & “cheat” food?

I love all healthy food. My cheat food is probably bread, wine and cheese.

13. What is something that we don’t know about you? (Your hobbies, interesting fact, accomplishment you are proud of, obscure/unique talent, funny story, etc.)

I enjoy drawing portraits of people.

14. Do you have any advice for people just getting started at Chicago Fit Performance?

Come join us for one month, you'll begin feeling better everyday and before you know it... it's three years later ;)! This is the nicest group of people and a good workout.
